Every package includes a standard gym, sourced, booked, and set up for you, up to a $150 venue rate. Renting comparable indoor space yourself runs $129 to $239 an hour around Pittsburgh, so that is real money we handle. Also included: a coach for the whole day, tables and chairs, water, team pinnies, all the gear, and full setup and teardown. Want turf or a specific premium venue? We book it for you at no added fee; you cover that venue's own rate, quoted up front before you commit to anything. You bring the pizza and cake.

When to book
Book 30 days ahead
Thirty days is the standard minimum. It gives us time to lock your space, reserve any rentals, and staff your coaches, so every party lands at the same level. Peak weekends and big add-ons fill faster, so sooner is better.

Dropped the ball? Inside 72 hours we will take any open date we can staff, with whatever package fits the time we have. A $95 rush fee applies, and full payment is due at booking.

Your $75 deposit is paid once we confirm your date, not before. You'll receive a date confirmation from us by email or text with a secure link to place it. It is non-refundable and credited toward your total, and the balance is due 14 days before your party.
Booking & cancellation terms

- Due 14 days before your party, when your final headcount locks. Last-Minute Rescue is paid in full at booking.
- Reschedule
- Move your date once for free with 14 days notice, subject to availability. Your deposit comes with you.
- Cancellations
- 14 or more days out, you forfeit only the deposit and any balance paid is refunded. Inside 14 days your payment is non-refundable, since your coaches, space, and any rentals are already committed.
- Rentals we source
- If your party includes a venue, inflatable, or anything we rent for you, your deposit also covers whatever that vendor requires us to prepay.
- Headcount and time
- You pay for the count you booked, with no refunds for no-shows. Your party runs its booked length; late arrivals do not extend it.
