Short version: we collect only what we need to run our programs, process registrations, and stay in touch. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising. The tools that help us run the business are listed below.

What we collect

• Registration information.When you register an athlete, we collect the athlete’s name and date of birth, your name and contact details as the parent or guardian, an emergency contact, any medical notes you choose to share, the session you selected, and your signed waiver (your typed legal name, and a drawn signature if you add one).
• Inquiry and interest forms. When you fill out a form for birthday parties, coaching, bringing a camp to your area, Run It Back adult sessions, or early access, we collect your name, email, phone number, your message, and the details you enter on that form.
• Your phone number, only if you text us first. It is held in EZ Texting, the service that sends our list messages. We never buy or upload phone numbers.
• Your name and email, if you email us or join a list we run.
• What we never collect: your card or payment details (Stripe handles those on its own pages, not here). This site has no advertising trackers and builds no third-party analytics profile of you.

How we use it

We use your information only to run our programs, process and confirm registrations, reach you about your athlete or your inquiry, respond in an emergency, and send the messages you asked for. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else’s advertising.

Who helps us handle it

To run the business we rely on a short list of trusted services. Your information is stored with or passes through them, and we share only what each one needs to do its job. None of them may use your information for their own marketing.

• Railway hosts this site and our registration database.
• Resend delivers our confirmation and notification emails.
• Stripe processes payments on its own secure pages.
• EZ Texting holds our text-message list.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own secure pages. Card numbers are entered there, never here. No payment details are collected, stored, or transmitted by this website.

Text messages

The QR code and tap-to-text links only open your messaging app with a message already written. Nothing is sent until you press send yourself. Sending “BUILD” to 562-671-4815 is your consent to receive texts from Gallagher Camps about programs, dates, and registration. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

How we protect it

We protect your information with reasonable safeguards. This site runs over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, our database is access-controlled, and the admin tools that hold registration data are password-protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your family’s information, especially medical notes and signatures, as sensitive and limit who can see it.

How long we keep it

We keep registrations and signed waivers as long as we need them to run our programs and to meet our legal and insurance obligations, and we keep inquiry messages only as long as they are useful to follow up. When you ask us to delete your information, we do, unless we are required to keep a record such as a signed waiver tied to a past event.

Children’s information

Our programs are for young athletes, but information about a child is always provided by a parent or guardian, not by the child. We use a child’s information only to run our programs, reach the parent or guardian, and respond in an emergency. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13, and our sign-up lists are for adults. A parent or guardian can review, correct, or delete their child’s information at any time by emailing us.

Your choices and rights

• Reply STOP to any text to end messages, or HELP for help.
• Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email.
• Ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your athlete. Email admin@gallagherhoopcamps.com and a real person will take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to let registered families know.
